My Approach

First and foremost, I am a behaviorist. I truly believe, and have witnessed, that our key to freedom and growth lies in our ability to identify and change our behaviors. At the core, it is relatively straight forward, however in application, it becomes quite challenging. We are met daily with an internal dialogue that is filled with lies, shame and doubt that distort the way we view ourselves and the world around us. Utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) it is possible to learn how to identify those thoughts, modify them to be accurate and thus change our behaviors to reach the goals we are willing to work to achieve. There is no magic that will happen in therapy. There is only dedication, hard work and the ability to accept our role in how we are currently functioning. Iโ€™ll be with you every step of the way.
